About Dreambooks

Dreambooks is accounting software built for businesses and accounting firms in the UAE. It is made by DreamAPI Software Design LLC, a software company registered in Dubai with the Department of Economy and Tourism (DED) since 2021.

What we build

We built Dreambooks so that UAE compliance is part of the books, not a separate job at the end of the month. On one ledger, Dreambooks covers:

  • Accounting: sales, purchases, bank, assets, projects and reports
  • UAE tax: the VAT 201, corporate tax and excise returns prepared from the ledger, with EmaraTax sync
  • UAE e-invoicing: invoices and credit notes sent as e-invoices, and vendors' e-invoices received as draft bills
  • IFRS 18 reporting, inventory, and UAE payroll with WPS salary files
  • Tools for accounting firms: leads, fee proposals, engagements, a client portal and one deadline dashboard across all clients

Dreambooks works in English, Chinese and Arabic.

Who we work with

Small and medium-sized businesses in the UAE, and the accounting firms that keep their books. If you are moving from Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online or Odoo, Dreambooks imports your data, and the import can run again without duplicates.
